There are many people with complaints about Adept Management and/or Mary Bolchalk online.  I have personally read many complaints, blog postings and twitter updates with people complaining about these people. I too have been victimized by this ruthless company.  They have no care or desire for PEOPLE they only care about MONEY.  The idea of an HOA is great.  The idea of a management company supporting an HOA is great.   The problem comes when a resident in an HOA has a legitimate financial issue and the HOA will not grant the resident a 5 day grace period.  An HOA is only as strong and as powerful as the residence who live at the HOA.   Do you really want to take my house from me?  If you take my house from me it is going to be rented out for $1,200 / month to some ghetto a$$ people who have loud parties and drive crappy cars..  Is that really what you want? I believe in CAPITALISM.  However, I also believe in COMPASSION.  I am not asking for any freebies.  I am only seeking a 5 f#cking day extension.  Is that so f#cking difficult? Karma will come around and bite you in the a$$.  It may not have anything to do with finances.  It may have nothing to do with business.  It may be when you have kidney failure and you are waiting for a transplant but there are no matching donors.  It may be when you are facing heart problems and the doctors cannot find a cure.  It may be when you realize that you have no friends and your family cannot stand to be around you.   Were you abandoned as a child?  Do you really have to ruin peoples lives to make yourself feel better?
