NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED
=====================

Mary Gersten, Global Cash Flow Network, Globalcashflownetwork.com, Mark Hodges, Promotional materials have false and misleading info, websites don't work as stated, emails not returned Tempe Arizona

Phone Nos: 480-355-5599, 800-719-8270, 800-719-8271

Fax: 480-967-2377

I paid on-line with my Visa card and received an email confirmation with ?Order Id: 14570629?, dated Sunday, September 03, 2006. 2:29.53 PM.

Their website, globalcashflownetwork.com (IP: 64.202.189.170), states that they have ?partnerships? with numerous NameBrand stores, such as Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, Toys R Us, Wal Mart, etc., and, this is also stated in their written materials which were delivered by FEDEX. The true ownership of the website is hidden by private registration.

The package sent by FedExpress showed a return address of
GLOBAL CASHFLOW NETWORK
2020 S. Mill Ave.
Ste #201
Tempe, AZ 85282

and had the tracking number: 9101 5974 4260, and a shipping date of 05 September.

It may be worth noting that this address is different from the one given in the printed materials inside the package:

Global Cash Flow Network, L.L.C.
1739 E. Broadway
Suite #287
Tempe, AZ 85282

After receiving the package, the directions, which I followed, were to complete a ?Work Order? and other forms, including an IRS form W9, and fax them to their fax, 480-967-2377. I did this on 11 Sept, at 10:45 AM.

I then followed the directions and read through all the materials which described the ?program? and the websites. Doing so, led me to have several questions and I subsequently called their ?support? number, 800-719-8270, but got only their answering machine with a message that I should call back during ?normal business hours?, even though I called at mid-day on a Thursday.

There are totally false and misleading statements in both their web presentation and in their printing materials. And, the websites they ?build? for their customers do NOT work as they say they do.

Of the three websites they provide, only one works correctly and that's the one that promotes their scam.

After a couple of weeks of not being able to get any answers, I decided to do some research by Googling ?Mary Gersten?, the supposed owner.

I was referred to the Globalcashflownetwork.com website by a Mark Hodges, who has a website called, ?'dont-get-scammed-again.com? with IP of 82.165.128.224, the owner of which is also hidden by ?Private Registration." He claims to be a ?scam buster? who exposes on-line scams, but now, after doing some research, it appears that he is instead a SCAMMER. He may be, in fact, part of the globalcashflownetwork.com scam. In fact, he and Mary Gersten may well be one and the same person.

He first directs you to ?dont-get-scammed-again.com/thefew.php?, a page with links to ?the few? programs that he ?has found to be legitimate?. Of course, the #1 ?Top Ranking Legit Program? is ?Global Cash Flow Network?, which is described on ?dont-get-scammed-again.com/mediaplacement.php?

I am still receiving sales emails from both Mary Gersten and Mark Hodges. But neither of them will reply to emails, with the exception of an auto-reply acknowledging receipt of my email and stating that a response will be forthcoming, but it never is.

Had my concerns resolved

AUTHOR: Darcy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, December 11, 2006

Aaron, from Global Cash Flow Network, has been very helpful in resolving my concerns with the program. Some of the problems I had were from my own misunderstandings of the program. The other concerns he handled or is handling to my satisfaction. I am continuing with the program, because now that I understand how it works, I feel it is a good program. Thanks again to Aaron for all his help.

Thanks for the information Ron. I e-mailed Aaron today with my thoughts and concerns. Being they rarely answer e-mails, I don't know if or when I'll get a response. I will let you and the other readers know what happens when I get a reply. Thanks again, Darcy.

I talked to Aaron.

AUTHOR: Ron - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, November 18, 2006

The one thing that resulted in my getting a refund was the filing of the report here at rip-off reports! After I did that, Aaron called, which was the first response I had been able to get from them.

Then, I simply listed the problems that I had found. They ranged from the lack of response to the incorrect affiliate links they were putting on the webpages that were supposed to make money for me.

At first, they said they wanted me to continue with their program, but later, after the refund, said they didn't think it was "a good fit".

Fine with me. I agreed to make a favorable report here, which I have done. They did, in fact, correct some of the problems that I had listed, but I'm not able to check on the others now, and really have no desire to do so.

I wish you luck in your efforts. Oh, here's Aaron's email address, hope it helps: aaronqm@globalcashflownetwork.com

What did you have to do to get your refund?

AUTHOR: Darcy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, November 16, 2006

Hi Ron. I also feel I was taken by this company. You are the first one I've read about that has received a refund and would like to know how you went about getting the refund. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Refund received from Global Cash Flow Network & Mary Gersten from Tempe, AZ

AUTHOR: Ron - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, November 09, 2006

I am very pleased to report that Aaron, with Global Cash Flow Network, has been true to his word. I received a refund to my credit card on 26 October and only just realized that today. So, I apologize for the delay in reporting it.

The refund was for the full amount, including the shipping and handling charges.

It seems that the only failure that the company had was in communication, and, if I had been able to contact Aaron from the start, this misunderstanding would not have occurred.

They promise to do better in the future.

Thanks again Aaron for your help.

Refund Promised!

AUTHOR: Ron - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 25, 2006

Aaron finally got back with me; in fact, it was actually my ISP that was mis-directing emails, which has since been at least partially solved, that kept me from receiving his followups.

The compamy has promised to refund me completely, including shipping fees, and they want me to continue with their program.

They have corrected some of the problems that I pointed out, such as incorrect affiliate links, and are in the process of correcting others.

Therefore, I plan to continue with their program, provided the promised refund is forthcoming.

I will post a follow-up when I receive the refund.

Sorry for the delay

AUTHOR: Ron - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, October 19, 2006

I apologize for taking so long to respond to your question, but, in the interest of fairness, I had received a phone call from an Aaron with GCFN and he convinced me that they really wanted to make things right. He even responded to a couple of emails and was able to get some of the website problems corrected. But, then I started getting the run-around again, another guy, Marlon, called and I had to go through the whole explanation of the problems again. Marlon said that he'd call me back in an hour, but about 1 1/4 hours later another guy called, apologized for Marlon who "was tied up in a meeting" and wanted me to go through the whole explanation again because he had been told absolutely nothing about my situation. I told this guy that the call was late and I had another appointment, he said he'd call at 4:00PM my time, but was late again when he called at 5:20. I had another appointment, again, and told him so, and that besides that, I wasn't inclined to go through the explanation again and would email Aaron.

Now, Aaron will not respond to my emails, proving it was just that, "the run-around."

And, to answer your question, NO, they have not given me a refund. They have offered to explain the "conditions for a refund", meaning that one must "use their programs each month for 12 months" to qualify--something that one doesn't find out until they already have your money!
