 Mary Jane P Melton stole $1,000 dollars from my husband and I, walker county assigned her to us as a represented attorney for the custody case of my two boys, unknowingly, we then hired her for the custody battLe for my daughter. Mary Jane herself told me she didn't fully understand my daughters case. Multiple times she rescheduled my court hearings for both cases, that's if she even showed up. No preperation was ever made for the case I tried to set appointments to gI've her all my evidence and prepare, all of which she canceled. Mary Jane and her staff were extremely rude and disrespectful acting like I was the bad guy In all this. If not for my husband getting a lawyer himself we would have lost a very easy and most precious to us case.Please seek other help don't go to her you are guaranteed to be mistreated finacally taken advantage of and if it was a custody case like mine your whole world ripped away just for her incompetence.
