In the beginning my relationship with Ms.McIllece was tense because I was being shorted in my check.But she reimburse the difference. Then she began to request that I do things that CNA's are not allowed to do. like administer medicine like Morphine, and enemas and sometimes clients were left alone for short periods of time until someone could be with them. She was very unprofessional when you addressed certain issues, especially client care and salary. I would work 24hrs. and get paid for 13 when working overnight. the 11 hrs. was considered sleep time even though your client would not sleep thru the night and you would have to get up with them. She would give you clients 2 for 1 and pay you only for 1. Sometimes client had dementia and are not medicated at all creating a risk to the CNA.
