Placed my order on 6/28/08 and my charge card was charged on 7/1/08. Never received what I ordered in 2 weeks, so I called the company. He said it had been shipped and would NEVER give me a tracking number on it. Waited for a few more days and never received the item, so called back again. Kept promising that it was shipped. Now it's been 3 weeks. Called back and they would never answer the phone during business hours. I even emailed them and they would not respond. Finally reached them and AGAIN would not answer my questions or give me a tracking number. Had to call my credit card and dispute the charge since I have not received my merchandise. I've tried several times to contact them again and they will not answer their phone or fax will not go through. VERY UNRELIABLE COMPANY!
