Mass Solutions - Shinnon Fakhri Marketing Scam Woburn Massachusetts

This company is a complete scam. Shinnon would require employees to do between 15 to 20 hours a week of unpaid additional work called AM and PM atmosphere which is illegal to do without paying an employee.

She would push employees to even work Sundays which is the only day off to further her goals by giving an illusion that hard work would pay off by getting promotions and bonuses.

She would set goals with incentives in the form of bonuses that she wouldn't give even if the goals were accomplished.

Thursday night was "team night" which she would invite all employees to. Then when the bill would come she would require everyone to split it.

Here is the real kicker. When payday would come she would give her employees the run around about why their paycheck isn't here. When the checks would come the commissions were always short. Plus when you would deposit them to your account they would bounce, due to her personal spending habits
