Went to this location yesterday, feb 17th, with my mother & sister for massages. I've had many professional massages before without any complaints & more importantly have NEVER walked away in pain. However, this massage has caused me SERIOUS pain! Since 20mins of leaving location I have felt like a nerve was pinched in my neck/shoulder area. The pain has only increased since then. Called location & was told I need to stay hydrated & that I may be in pain due to "not being used to massages"! Unbelievable! Was told to call back in 2 days if I'm not feeling better & they will see "what can be done". I was not told what that means even after I asked. I walked into your location feeling wonderful, walked out in serious pain with a possible pinched nerve! Extremely dissatisfied at this point
