Massage Envy Rips you off in any way they can! Brea California

What a mistake to sign up for this service!  These people are very unprofessional and should be put out of business.  They have you sign a contract and if you decide you don't like the service they still charge you for a full year worth of massages and then if you cancel the service they only give you 30 days to use how many ever massages you have left! It's lunacy.  The massage therapists are amateur at best and don't know how to do a proper massage.  I left there more often than not in more pain than I went in with or unsatisfied with the massage I was given.  What really pisses me off is the amount of times I made an appointment in good faith to have a massage done and they would call me the day before the massage and tell me that either they couldn't honor that time slot for one reason or another or that the massage. The last time I called them to set up a massage for 2 hours.  They call me the night before the massage to tell me that the therapist only does 1 1/2 hours massages and that I would have to reschedule my massage!!  I asked why they made the appointment at all.  I was talking to the store manager. She said that she was sorry, that's all I ever got from them, I'm sorry.  She said that all therapists are different and do different times.  I went on to ask her how long the therapist had been working at their establishment and she said 3 years!! I asked her why they didn't already know that the therapist wouldn't do 2 hour massages before I made my appointment....another lame "I'm sorry!!! Very poorly run establishment and very unprofessionally run establishment.  If you want a good massage?  Get a 20 minute rubdown in the mall and it's better than this.  Take my work for it.  At least they make an effort to rub your sore muscles.  Massage envy should be shut down.  I have 6 massages left and it's Oct 15th and if I don't use them by Oct 25th I loose them but they keep calling me and canceling or changing my appointments!!!! It's RIDICULOUS!!!!
