Massage Envy Cheated by Massage Envy Cheektowaga New York

 I joined Massage Envy January 11, 2013.  I have been over a year.  They continue to take payments out of my account even though I submitted a cancellation.

I missed a visit, I paid for the visit, they still charged my account a missed visit fee.

I have 7 massages built up that I have paid for and not used.  They refuse to give me a gift card for any of the missing massages.  Once my membership has ended I will lose almost $500 of my hard earned money.

The manager at the Cheektowaga/Depew location was a rude manager.  She even discussed my issues in front of other customers, she didnt even care if they heard how shitty their business is.  Hopefully the people that were in the lobby will not waste their money.

This is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with.
