Massage Envy Massage Envy Cancellation policy is a scam Sugar Land Texas

 I have been member of MAssage Envy for years, lately I have been too busy to use the massages and I accumulated 7 that I havent used yet. I decided to cancel until my schedule frees up and when i submitted the request, I was never notified of the 30 days policy.

Suddenly, I saw an additional charge on my CC, so I called the location to tell them that i did cancel and to book one of my massages and they told me that they all expired because I cancelled my membership. the lady claimed that it is in the contract, which i signed years ago (how many people read that details and do remember after all these years) and that she mentioned it when i cancelled (which i would have remembered if she did.

Basically, I see this as a scam that a company that wants to stay in buisness for long term should never do.

even if i tried to use these massages, that location only have one good masseuse, and she always booked. I tried multiple times to book an appointment and she was never available.

Again MAssage Envy does not play fair and the whole concept is a scam.
