Massage Envy Not allowing to cancel membership, even when meeting terms of cancellation allowance Toledo Ohio

Long story short, I signed up for a member ship with Massage Envy. Due to some money shortage and student loan payments, I am no longer able to afford this membership any longer. I understand that I signed a contract, but when I signed I was working 3 jobs and did not anticipate that changing anytime soon.

Now that is not the case, and I have actually moved back home. In reorganizing my funds and trying my best to save money wherever possible, I decided that cancelling my membership would be a good idea. I was told at the time of sign up that I could cancel anytime as long as I give a 30 day notice, and I would have to pay half of that months payment just to cover the therapist. Okay, fine. But, when I called to cancel, she informs me that I can only cancel IF I have moved 25 miles+ away from any Massage Envy location OR if I get a doctors note stating I cannot receive massages any longer. Again, ok.. fine. My home that I recently moved back into IS 25 miles away from any massage envy location. When I tell the manager this, she says well no, ----- the city you live in says it is only 3.6 miles from any location. I find this hard to believe, but I say ok but MY PHYSICAL home is 25 miles away. I live a little further into the city than just what the zip code is! But she isnists that they can only base it off of zip code. How does that make sense when MY HOME is where I live, where I would have to drive there from.. And that is 25 miles away!! 

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do to fight this? Should I contact someone that would be able to help legally? I am working with their terms, shouldn't they pay the same respect and play by their terms too?
