Master Auto Tech LLC Scams Your Money, Rips You Off! Do NOT Have Work Done There Hickory North Carolina

Do NOT go to this place they rip you off, they scam your money, They do not do repairs as supposed to with putting the parts in that you pay to do when you bring your car in there. Put a expensive clutch and fly wheel in and of coarse a new rubber seal while it is tore apart and they do NOT put the new rubber seal in leaving me with a leaky car that is going to cost me most likely $500.00 to fix, being they have my $30.00 seal that they never put in the car with meaning a $30.00 seal is costing me $500.00 to fix.

They schedule a tow truck on a car that breaks down 3 hours after we picked it up from their shop. Then they go off on you because we do not cancel tow truck driver when needed when they scheduled it and we have no idea what company it in fact is to even try to cancel it if we even wanted to. Then you go in there for a quote on differential work and then they say I will call you back with the price and they never call you back because they are mad at us about the tow truck that they did NOT cancel themselves.

Do NOT take your BMW to this place at all, they suck A**. Go elsewhere all this place does is SCAM your money and take advantage of young men and kids that come in their place of business. They refused to figure out what they did on the car or even look at it with badgering us on the phone stating it is not their problem when in fact we paid the to do the work correctly. They also sold me a light bulb that was $60.00 or $70.00 that did not work in my car and they made me pay for that without giving me a refund on it.
