master call master call phone co Regardless of number of international phone calls the co. wants to charge $10.00 a month. My last phone bill was $1.24 but the co. wants me to pay $10.00. Do they have right to charge for non existing phone calls? new york New York

I was master call co. customer for number of years and during these years paid for international calls that i made during billing period.
Now the co. wants to charge $10.00 regardless of the call price.
my last phone call was $1.24 but they require $10.00 payment.
Do they have right to do it?
