They said they didn't know from whom the complaint came.  After sending their original Job Number, and all the complaint numbers from BBC, Atty Generals office, DOT, and others, there is still NO ACTION from Mr Moshe.  Proves his primary intention and modus operandi is to STEAL FROM, DECEIVE,  and CHEAT his "unsuspecting customers" in any way he can!!!

Them saying they do not know who wrote this report is just another ploy that they use to delay, and muddle the facts.  I feel they hope you will just tire and go away, or time limits will kick in, and they will not have to do the right thing toward their unsuspecting customers.  Master Movers of Indianapolis job number for this was 109155. CUSTOMER - name provided on requst.

We have gone to the Indiana Atty General's office (complaint # 13-CP-51643).  Indiana Better Business Bureau's complaint is #9367072.  US Dept of Transportation complaint is  #100070417.  American Movers and Storage (AMSA) advised that Master Movers of Indianapolis does not participate in their arbitration program, so they are not accountable to that organization when there is a complaint from a customer - how convinient!!!!  All of these agencies have asked Master Movers to negoiate and return  our stolen funds, but they have refused to do so.  So don't listen to their lies....they pretend that they don't understand???

As I have stated, Master Movers stole almost $2700.00 from us, and did nothing for it.  Now they seem to be getting away with it !!!!!!   Mr Slickster Moshe just thumbs his nose at any of the regulatory agencies, but we are still hoping that the national DOT will reconize these tactics, and take appropriate actions.  They have already put at least four of the same moving operations out of business here in South Florida....FINGERS CROSSED!!!!  Just doesn't seem right in this day and age, and this country!!!  But then again, they are not from here, so as Israeli expatriates, maybe they just know how to skirt the laws in this country!!!  INCREDIBLE!!!!! 12/02/2013 13:41:04

Here at Master Movers we take very seriously our customer service and the satisfaction of our customers. We have been in business for over 10yrs, moving a wide range of customers from very high profile to guy next door and we strive to treat all with professionalism and courtsey! Please note that any ESTIMATE is just that, it is a figure that is proposed to a customer off of a list of items they provide to us, or off of a visual estimate. Any time the piece count increases there will additional fees...anytime an additional stop is added to a job..there is an additional fee. These additional fees are also very openly commuicated with the customer as they change their needs at the time of the move. We hope that this customer/person allows us the opportunity to show them the quality of service we can perfom.
