PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND LIARS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SITUATION, AND ARE WILLING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN, SINGLE MOMS TO GET THEIR MONEY. THEY TOOK APART MY CAR AND TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD COST 1800 TO PUT IT A NEW TRANSMISSION TOGETHER KNOWING THATS WAY TO MUCH FOR THE VALUE ON THE CAR THEN CHARGED 378 JUST TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER LIKE IT WAS. THE MECHANICS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER AUTO REPAIR SHOP BECAUSE THE CAR BECAME WORST AFTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED IT AND THEY TOLD ME SCREWS WERE MISSING AND THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT IT BACK IN PLACE CORRECTLY! AND EVEN FOUND A DIRTY RAG THAT THEY USED IN THE TRANSMISSION !! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BEWARE OF THESE EVIL THIEVES!

99% of Transmission Shops Are Ran By Thieves, which is why most folks sell their cars when the transmission goes..

AUTHOR: Berryman - ()

POSTED: Thursday, June 13, 2013

99% of Transmission Shops all over are ran by thieves. This is why most folks simply sell their cars (if the cars are old) when the trasnmission goes out. You can't trust those guys. At all. I once took my car to a transmission shop in Dallas, TX when the gear was throwing itself. Someone told me it was the transmission. (They were wrong.. It needed a minor part). However, I took my car to the shop and those guys told me they would need to take the transmission out and do a full inspection. They would not give me a firm price. They stated they didn't know what they would find.

This would be ok if they were HONEST. But I had a very uneasy feeling. Those guys told me that if they took it out they they could find "more damage". I didn't care what they found. I simply wanted a new transmission. The thing is they don't put in new transmissions. They rebuild them. But even if its a minor part, what is to stop them from saying the entire thing needs to be replaced? They do this. All the time. They LIE.

Check out the number of complaints online these transmission shops have. In EVERY state. They probably rank up there with the most complaints out of any business because it is simply so easy for them to scalp people. You have to pay a certain amount up front. They take out the transmission. Then they suddenly hike the price one or two thousand and "THEY HAVE YOU AND THEY KNOW IT". You can't tell them noway. You're already out of money. You have no choice but to pay them or pull the car with the transmission out and in a million little pieces.

So 99% of the people will pay the transmission shop even if they believe they are getting ripped off.

Do some research. Go to youtube. Google transmission shops complaints and it will pop up millions of complaints.
