Mastercraft Exteriors Leaking Roof, Internet

Mastercraft Exteriors replaced our roof and siding after a hailstorm.  They did the work when they said they would but we soon noticed a leak coming through our chimney every time it rained. 

The original manager looked at it and couldn't find anything wrong.  It continued to leak, even during the lightest rain. 

I contacted Mastercraft last summer about it and requested it be fixed. I was contacted by them and they told me "Dan" would come by the house to repair it.  Dan called me and coordinated a time to come by.  He never showed up. 

I've called and left Dan a few messages but he has not bothered to call me back.  The chimney still leaks. It appears that they changed the water flow off my roof, away from the gutter and allowed it to flow down the side of my chimney.
