Match.com Inadvertenly signed up for six month membership. Requested full refund within 30 minutes. Was denied Internet

 I unknowingly signed up for a six month membership at Match.com.  There was no indication that once done, no refund would be issued.  I immediately emailed Match.com and cancelled my subscription.  It stated that unless I called and requested an immediate refund, my membership would run its course but would not be renewed. 

I called during their business hours and requested the immediate refund.  I was told that was not their policy and talking with a manager would not make a difference. 

I did file a complaint with PayPal and it is pending for more information from Match.com.
