Matrix Discover/Mastercard Card Charges late fees even when payments are received a week before due. Atlanta Georgia

I opened this Matrix Discover card to try and build my credit history. I was told by the company my due date was the 26th of the month. I asked that my due date be change to the beginning of the month because I am disabled and my funds come in at the beginning. I was told by this company I would have to go online and request that But they would note my account so I would not be charged late fees.

The very first month I found I was being charged a late fee of $35 even though I was told by the representative I would not be. The next month I was again charged a late fee, they stated my due amount was 35 and I only sent 30. Even after I explained that I had called in to get my payment amount and was told it was 30. I have had this happen every month since opening this account. I went to my bank and had them set up an auto payment on the 6th of each month after this company told me my due date was then set on the 12th of each month. 

Ive been told my date was the 26th, the 15th, the 11th and now the 12th. It has stayed the 12th since threatening to close my account in Sept 2013. Then they decided to switch my account from Discover to Mastercard. And it begins again...

They send me emails on a daily basis of this conversion I was not asked if I wanted to happen to MY account. My discover card then closes...so they say and I cannot use the card. I find this out when I get stranded trying to get gas for my car and my card no longer works. I call the company and they say it has been converted to a mastercard and the discover card no longer works because it has been closed. I'm told I need to use the Mastercard they sent and I never received. They sent it to an old address and the post office has returned it....so they say. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for my mastercard to be sent to me. But of course I still have to send in my payments before they are due or get a $35 late fee. 

I ask where I am to send this payment since I have no card to use and complain about the lack of that use and them continueing on with receiving payments. Im told by the representative I am to continue to send payment to the same address. So I do. Now its the hiolidays and I am trying to shop for gifts. I check my account online to make sure everything is as it should be...omly to find out my payment is not showing up. I check the discover side and it shows up here....ON A CLOSED ACCOUNT! I immediately call the company and am on the phone for hours with I must say for once, is very nice, not the rude representative I usually get.

She says for some reason it had posted on the closed account. I ask how can you post funds to a closed account that can not be used????  I am then informed I must ok a three way call with my bank to verify the funds have cleared my bank account even though it shows it has cleared and now on my closed account. After my back informs her they sent the payment (each month) on the 6th and it cleared on the 9th the representative tells me it will be on my mastercard with in two hours so I can the shop. I wait 3 days before going shopping....Guess what????the card is declined! When I get home I check the mastercard account, it now says I am late in paying my payment and I am now over the limit!

I call the company and again with the I'm sorry we will handle it, it's not our fault it went to the old account...blah, blah, blah....

I told this so called supervisor I am livid about how this company has treated me and my account and am going to file a complaint and take whatever steps nessasary. He continues to tell me it is not there fault it went to the old account. I said how can you accept funds to an account that is supposed to be closed? I can use the account because It is closed! I feel your company should give me the late fee for dragging you butts on creditting the funds I send in on my account. It's only fair, if I'm late in paying I have to pay a fee...your poor customer service is late in putting my funds to my account I should get a fee for your lateness also! I am going to close this account for sure. If anyone has this issue with this company or knows what steps I can make on this situation please help me. I am disabled and my low monthly amount is very tight as it is.
