Here is this client (msayle/Matt_sayle) who has cheated me over an agreement of work done and the payment was not made. He is listed in various forums and have websites for his services. I worked for him for a whole week and then he scammed me by not paying the required amount. I submitted the job to him but he feels that the job can be done in a couple of hours.

He is having very poor communications with employees. I have updated him of the daily job, but he didn't respond to my Skype chats not even to my email. He now apologizes and says that he won't be able to pay me. I have some chat conversation and emails which I will post here later.

I would like to warn all online freelancers to be aware of this guy as he will promise you high, but will not respond when you submit the job. Some of his websites are listed below from where you can get more information about him.
