The guy did a home inspection on a house that we considered buying. Based on his report we did. BIG MISTAKE! The guy missed so many things, ended up costing us a fortune, with the house leaking, nothing to code, etc...

The guy is so nasty and arrogant that he even refused to reimburse the cost of the inspection and tried to intimidate us with nasty anonymous phone calls...

AT ANY COST, AVOID THAT GUY AND PILLAR TO POST OF YOU NEED A HOME INSPECTION!
