Matthew Mcbride, will not argue your crimminal case to win, lacks knowledge of State laws, district court rules, refuses to investigate your case, will not give you the legal professional help you would expect a lawyer to give you after retained.
He would rather make a living trying to sue people, business's, organizations, and he's not even good at that. If you hire him for a crimminal case or an appeal, he'll take your money and give you a worthless defense. He doesn't want to step on anyones toes, county attorneys, judges, attorney general and its deputies. He's to busy hoping that they give him a break when he sue's something or someone. Being charged with a crime, fighting your case, appealing wrongful orders, is a serious business. Could effect the rest of your life.
I made the mistake of hiring this attorney. This was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. He is worthless, I hope you don't make the same mistake. This is just one example on records of his imcompetence, in addition to my case.
Young v. Midwest Family Mut, Inc Co. 753 N.W.2d 778, 276 Neb. 206 (NEB.,2008) Matthew Mcbride Youngs former attorney who withdrew from his case, billed Young 170.7 hours at 120.00 per hour - $20,484.00 after withdrawing. The Nebraska Court of appeals reduced Mcbrides fee to 5000.00. (Simply 170.7 hours reduced to 40 hours that it would of took a good attorney.)

.............Hiring this Attorney is a irreversible mistake! He will review your case, file briefs and motions on your behalf knowingly using meritless arguments. He will not investigate, research, or argue the sometimes obvious and most important winning issues and constitutional violations with merit. He is deliberately incompetent and ignorate of the law for two reasons. ONE, after he loses your case or appeal he can milk you for more money appealing your case to the States highest court, U.S District Court, Circuit Courts and even the U.S Supreme Court. After losing in the first court in will indoubtedly lose in the rest of the courts at your expense. They will not even consider the arguments he neglected in the first court and pick maybe one of his meritless arguments for the sake dismissing your case. TWO, Matthew L. Mcbride is not a good attorney he want's to make a living and not step on anyones toe's at the Court house. If you are wrongfully charged with a crime or wrongfully lost your case because the Judges, State's Attorneys are clearly wrong with their claims, arguments or decisions. Mcbride will take your money and help them not YOU. [[[When you spend more money to obtain another attorney to fix the damage Mcbride has done to your case it will be to late to fix!!!]]] Judges and Courts do not feel sorry for people screwed by their lawyers, there lawyers two! Don't make the mistake of hiring this attorney! Don't throw your hard earned money in the trash by hiring this incompetent attorney!

Matthew Mcbride moves to Arlington Heights. Nebraska residents and Courts have no respect for this attorney. A hard earned dollar spent on this attorney is a bad investment. Don't learn this the hard way. When an attorney damages your case, the laws are made to prevent you from fixing these damages. Researching an attorney is easyier then you think. Attorneys who consistently lose cases, always lose cases. If the Courts have no respect for an attorney, they won't listen to him. He's the kind of attorney they will appoint to represent inmates and others they don't want to win.
