Hiring this Attorney is a irreversible mistake! He will review your case, file briefs and motions on your behalf, knowingly using meritless arguments. He will not investigate, research, or argue the sometimes obvious and most important winning issues and constitutional violations with merit. He is deliberately incompetent and ignorate of the law for two reasons. One, after he loses your case or appeal he can milk you for more money appealing your case to the States highest court, U.S District Court, Circuit Courts and even the U.S Supreme Court. After losing in the first court in will indoubtedly lose in the rest of the courts at your expense. They will not even consider the arguments he neglected in the first court, and only pick maybe one of his meritless arguments for the sake dismissing your case. Two, Matthew L. Mcbride is not a good attorney, he want's to make a living and not step on anyones toe's at the Court house. If you are wrongfully charged with a crime, wrongfully lost your case because the Judges, State's Attorneys are clearly wrong with their claims, arguments or decisions. Mcbride will take your money and help them not You. When you spend more money to obtain another attorney to fix the damage Mcbride has done to your case it will be to late to fix. Judges and Courts do not feel sorry for people screwed by their lawyers, there lawyers two! Don't make the mistake of hiring this attorney!

YOUNG v. MIDWEST FAMILY MUT. INS. CO.No. S-07-364.
 753 N.W.2d 778
276 Neb. 206

Jennie L. YOUNG and Thomas J. Young, Wife and Husband, Appellees,
v.
MIDWEST FAMILY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, Appellant.

Supreme Court of Nebraska.

We conclude that no more than $5,000 can be justified for McBride's services, given the amount at issue, the marginally favorable result obtained, and the uncertainty regarding the amount of McBride's time which was reasonably necessary for the prosecution of the action on the policy, as opposed to the bad faith claim. Accordingly, we modify the attorney fee award by reducing it from $25,000 to $5,000.

No Winning cases published in the Illionois Apellate court's...

AUTHOR: Chicago Illinois - ()

POSTED: Sunday, October 06, 2013

No Winning cases published in the Illionois Apellate court's for Mcbride Law office (Matthew L Mcbride) since riding on the reputatation of William J. Sneckenberg of Sneckenberg, Thompson & Brody, LLP in Chicago, Illinois a top rated law firm, for a short period of time when belonging to this law firm, they mentioned his name as part of this firm. Leaving or ? for unknown reasons. It would be my opinion he did not Measure of to their standards for an educated polished attorney.

It would also be my be my opinion that any positive reviews of Mathew L Mcbride posted on AVVO.com or anywhere else are fabricated reviews by himself as part of a SuperLawyer Scam or Advertisement Scam. Try finding any of these cases in a published opinion. You can't.

MARTINDALE-HUBBELL rating FAILURE

AUTHOR: Reggie Redbird - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, April 12, 2012

MARTINDALE-HUBBELL

Posted by a Private Individual on 08/16/11,  1 out of 5.0
I retained Matthew L. Mcbride for Appellate practice services. I found his services completely below standards and he caused irreversible damage to my case. His Appellate brief was not professionally wrote. He lacked knowledge of court rules, Constitutional law. He deliberately declined to argue important claims with merit, all Constitutional violations. He filed a brief on my behalf that he knew would hinder my chances for success. He has no Client loyalty, I would not recommend this attorney.
