I was served papers @ 9:50PM from a company called Asset Acceptance, LLC. from Daniel R. gordon, P.C. the guy who served me the papers not only came at an ungodly hour & against the law to do this after 8:00PM.

When I looked at the papers they looked fake I worked for Attorneys & they were never set up this way or with the wording they used. There illegally getting information about people then sending them these court papers that say a lawsuit has been started against you so you freak out & call the only # that is on the court papers is daniels company in small fine print on the left side of the papers which is not done & they start asking you questions like how much your mortgage is and all your bills. car payments, etc..

The paperwork was also dated May 26, 2010 when signed by Matthew R.Aylworth and filed date was June3rd, 2010. Another reason there a scam serving over a month later is not how it works.

So I googled Daniels name & saw all the complaints & illegal things his firm is doing. So I am not doing anything about these papers as they are fake & there trying to collect money from people that don't check them out & just pay them because they scare them with fake court documents.

I was served by a guy in a small white car and was seen outside my house for several weeks off & on and then to serve them at 9:50PM on July19th, 2010. He also would not stop ringing my doorbell he rang it continuously for several minutes so I would answer the door, don't if it's that late it's against the law & besides it's not safe to open your door to a stranger especially that time in the evening.
