Mattress 1 One Mattress One is a Rip Off ! Orlando Florida

WE bought a $1,800 matress from matress One in Stuart FL. The salesman told us he would have it to our house in 1 week and we would get (for Labor day sale) 2 free gel pillows..a week went by and no matress He called and said it was damaged and they would get a new one in 2 days .3 days later No Call a driver shows up and says I have your paperwork but the matress on the truck is the wrong one. I told him Im done cancel the order.WE then drove Monday to the store and went in.The salesman acted like he would play on the computer fopr a while and make us wait for the salesman that sold thgis to us .I happened at tha time to look at my receipt and saw he charged us $98.00 for the free pillows..Now stalling was done with us .WE left and went home .My wife went to the Bank to do a chrge back we were told it would take up to 45 days .The company has a number that doesnt work .They lie and cheat people out of there money claiming a refund is coming but No refund from them .I dont know reading all these complaints how they are still in business .What a shame
