Mattress 1 Mattress One, Mattress1One Failure to fulfill approved warranty exchange. Breach of contract. Orlando Florida

I purchased my mattress from them 2 years ago. I was promised a 10 year warranty. I filled out the warranty form multiple times, uploaded pictures and documents. Never got a response. Went into the store and the salesman said there was nothing he could do for me.

Finally after over a month I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone. They had me send them more pictures and documents. Finally they had approved my claim. I went in and actually upgraded my mattress, because I did not want to go through this same problem again. I was told my mattress would be delivered this week.

When the delivery people got here, they claimed there was a stain on the mattress and would not take it, and just left. I couldn't understand what they were saying due to the fact they were speaking spanish the whole time. After contacting the warranty department again, they said they were not going to do it because of what the drivers had said.

Now I took pictures BEFORE and AFTER they left, and saw no stain. They were also touching the mattress, and any kind of "stain" was probably from them. Now I have no new mattress, and paid almost $500 for something I don't have and no way to get a refund. I was promised over and over they would call me back to see if Serta would do an "exception", even though there is no exception to be made, and have received no phone calls. I have been calling and emailing nonstop with no response. When you call the customer service number it puts you on hold then goes to a voice mail where no one returns calls. I just want my new mattress as I was promised.    

I would also like to add, even if there was a stain on my old mattress, the contract I signed says nothing about stains voiding the warranty. However, the new contract I signed for the new mattress, clearly states that stains will void a warranty.

HORRIBLE COMPANY, STAY AWAY!!
