Mattress Firm ripoff Atlanta Georgia

First of all Mattress firm has sold me a piece of sh mattress that caused me to have lower back pain and neck pain. The sales person at mattress firm Anil, totally guided me in the wrong direction, gave me totally wrong mattress. When called and told him that the mattress was not exactly what I was looking for after 1 night sleep I was told to try it out for sometime. It takes a while before getting used to a new mattress.

Sure enough, my back and neck started hurting and now I have severe pain. When I approached the mattress firm, they told me that the mattress was on clearance sale and they can not honor 90 day exchange policy on clearance sale items, which was never disclosed even before and after sale or anything printed on the sales receipt and they claim that it was put up somewhere in the corner in the store which I never really saw.

I have left couple of messages with the corporate office and a customer service rep called me and told me that she will try to see what she can do as there is not much she can do at this time. Sure enough never heard back from her.

Well I would advise people falling for the dirty sales tactics that mattress firm employees use and all they care about is a sale and mattress firms customer service sucks. I spent about 2000 dollars with mattress firm to get me a back pain and neck pain. Well now that I am fed up of the mattress. I think it is going to end up in the trash pretty soon as mattress firm does n't address or care for their customers.

So Be aware of these sales people from mattress firm trying to sell you sh mattresses with out any disclosures. I would never buy anything from mattress firm ever again or have any of my family and friends buy from them again.
