Mattress Firm I purchased a Temper Pedicure mattress that was on clearance. The series was supposed to be the Temper Cloud Breeze Supreme. They delivered the wrong one, I wrote " customer refuses delivery " , and dated, initialed, and signed.  Charleston South Carolina

They left it with me, I called the store and said that the wrong one was delivered, and that they didn't have what he sold me in stock,. This is twice that I've been lied to. This is my second purchase from them and last, same mistake happened. Bought a model I wanted, settled for something I didn't t want. They called on the way from the warehouse as it was being delivered and said the one that is on it's way is " just as good "!! I highly believe that they are selling used mattresses and have an inventory that they need to get rid of quickly

I purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress from the mattress firm. The name was temper cloud breeze supreme and had a low end base model delivered. The salesman told me that they had it in available in stock and when it delivered I took note of the mattress and noticed that it wasn't the one that I purchased in the store so I wrote on the invoice customer refuses to accept delivery signed dated and initialed. I called the store the very same moment that it was delivered and told him about the mixup he says they did not have the mattress I wanted in stock so I had to settle for a less quality mattress. I paid almost $2000 for this mattress and it is a clearance item I highly believe that it is used and I noticed after not even having it for three months one side of the bed has an impression and it sags,  something that I would never expect from a Tempur-pedic. Of course with a clearance item there are no refunds returns or exchanges is a complete ripoff I highly believe that they are selling used mattresses and have an inventory and a list that they are trying to get rid of particular mattresses.
