I bought a Mattress two days ago from this Mattress Firm Location and they completely ripped me off. They sold me a dirty used mattress claiming that it was sold to a previous customer that took it home and returned it the next day. The mattress was wrapped up like it was brand new and they wouldnt let me open it at the store to see the condition. When I got it home, I found that it was disgusting and definitely had been used and used hard. The will not refund my money and they will not exchange it for another mattress. I am completely disgusted by this disservice and they completely ripped me off.

Do not shop here, do not buy any products new or used from this store. I am very dissappointed in their service and their lack of professionalism.
