MATTRESS GIANT Ripoff Big Time MIAMI Florida

We purchased a Tempur Pedic mattress and 2 Sweedish Neck pillows. When the items were delivered, we unpacked the pillow boxes, then made the new bed. Since we had no intentions of returning those items, because we thought we would be satisfied with the products, we discarded the pillow boxes.

When we used them that night, we did not feel comfortable, however we used them to sleep, until we both woke up the next day with stiff necks. When we tried to return those pillows so we could exchange them with the flat type pillows, the manager of the store was not the friendliest, nor was he willing to help out.

We offered to purchase 2 empty boxes from them so we would be able to return those pillows, but they said that they did not have any. They directed us to contact the District Manager. Again, the same run around. No help from any of the store representatives.

These are not cheap pillows. They cost around $375.00. Since we cannot find the boxes that the pillows came in, we are stuck with 2 expensive pillows that will never be used by us. I could see if we had used those pillows extensively, then they could refuse to accept them, but we only used them for one night.

This is the kind of customer satisfaction that Mattress Giant guarantees you. They tell you that you should have read your contract, but when you read it all it talks about is that if you are not satisfied with an item, then you can return it for an exchange.

We can make you one guarantee and it is that every chance we get to preclude anyone from purchasing at Mattress Giant, we will be the first ones there telling them to stay away from those stores. They are thieves with a license.

They will never see us in any of their stores to make a purchase, and even worse, even if they tried to give us something for free, we will refuse, because of the hidden catch that they seem to come up with.
