Mattress Giant ripoff Mount Holly New Jersey

I am a very disattisfied customer of mattress giant. I had purchased 2 queen and a twin mattress's. My problem was that the fabrics that they were made from frayed and have gotten runners in them. These were very costly and all were purchased because they had a life time warranty.

I personally went to the store where I spoke to the sales person and they said that an inspector would come out and assist me with my problem. After several months of calling the store the inspector showed. The damaged fabric on the mattress's was very visable. He then told me that they would not be replaced as he saw a small water stain on the fabric. I had told him that that was impossible as mattress pads were used on them and as he had seen they were on all the mattress's he was inspecting. Without any other explanation as of why the other mattress's were not being replaced I had given up the fight and now have 3 mattress's that are in very poor condition!

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR MATTRESS AT MATTRESS GIANT, THE POOR QUALITY OF THE FABRICS AND ALSO THE FOR VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL RECIEVE !!!!!!!! Thank you
