Purchased a $1000 mattress with 4 years warranty after 7 months memory holds way to long. My matress is sagging. Our backs hurt. I take pictures and file a claim with no avail. Matttress one excuse: Matress company out if business warranty not good. Called customer service Nice to talk too Liz took all my info and told me she will get back to me in three days.

It's been two weeks. When I tried to called I get a busy signal all the time like my number is blocked. Not good Shaddy at best I did not wanted that mattress I needed something good for my back after experiencing an industrial accident. Now I'm stuck with a saving $1000 dollar mattress DO NOT DO BUSiNESS WITH MATTRESS ONE Old outdated inventory bad business practices and poor customer service
