Be very careful with this young gypsy couple in the Northwest/249/Willowbrook area in Houston Tx. They are selling very cheap quality Mattress / Mattresses all over the internet and what you pay for it NOT AT ALL what you will be receiving. They state that they provide a 5YEAR WARRANTY, but thats a total LIE, I called them 12 hours after I received them and they did abosolutely nothing to fix the problem. All she said was "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" and yes it said that in the receipt, but at least she could of exchanged them and did not care. That same night my 18th month old son opened his forehead with the cheap spring box that was provided. I keep calling them, but they blocked my 2 numbers and when I called her from a friends phone number she answered immediately very friendly thinking I was another victim. Now I am wothout my $500 and no mattresses because my $50dollar  inflatable mattresses I had were much better then these, and are the ones we are using again because those other ones are extremely bad. Be very caregul and do your homework people. Its best if you end up spending $500 for just one mattress, but you know it will last you for years and not like these that were not even a day old and look like they have been used for years. I tried and tried fixing this problem, but these people are con-artist so I will think about it twice on BUYING A MATTRESS/ MATTRESSES FROM THEM.

What did you expect from a "gypsy couple"? Sounds like you made the mistake. They obviously dont sell high quality merchandise from sound of things. Buyer Beware. Buy reputable name-brand mattresses forom reputable mattress dealers.

We Did Not Rip You Off

AUTHOR: frankie - (USA)

You called us and said you were on a tight budget and needed 2 queen mattresses and did not have time to come out and look at them.We sent you a list of all the different ones we carry and you chose the basic starter pillowtop.
They sell for up to 499 in stores and we gave you a deal on 2 for 510 with delivery and tax included. We told you that you didnt have to pay until they arrived at your home. When rick the driver arrived at your home to drop off mattresses you said they were fine and asked him to take them both upstairs thanked him signed your receipt and paid him for the invoice plus you tipped him. I told you we had exchanges if you didnt open them. But you opened and slept on it.                                                                             The next day I woke up to find a bunch of foul text messages voicemails and emails you sent us over night saying we were going to pay for your sons medical bills. That your 18mth old split his head open with a boxspring at 1am in the morning. That is absurd Ive never heard such thng. How is that our fault and if it is true you need to take it up with the manufacturer because we dont make or produce the mattresses. We only sell them just like every other mattress store. The manufacturer is located here in texas. But all you kept saying was give me my money back, give us our money.  There was nothing wrong with the mattresses and you have been harassing us ever since. Then you post a picture of a fake baby with long stitches hanging from his forehead. We did not scam you in any way...scamming is if we took your money and didnt provide the service or merchandise...in fact we delivered them and you paid on arrival. Mattress Shack and any of its entities are not responsible for injuries that occur. you need to call the manufacturer for that. All our mattresses are texas made. You are lying to people saying they are gypsy mattresses. You have threatened us blew up our phone lines saying you wanted your money back then asked us to just exchange the mattress for another type. Policy is exchanges are only accepted if you do not open mattress. we have already filed a harassment report against you.
