BSleep.com And Foam Experts Ripoff Fraudulent Dishonest Worthless Check Liars Poukeepsie New York

My husband and I purchased a latex mattress and foundation from Bsleep.com which claimed a 90 day money back warranty if we were not completely satisfied. We checked the company out as much as possible, but could not find any bad reports at the time. Nevertheless, we contacted "Will" owner of Bsleep.com and he assured us that if we returned the mattress and foundation, they would refund our money in full within two weeks. So, we went to great extremes to re-wrap the mattress and foundation so that is would be in perfect condition when they received it. We spent $154 on shipping the product back. I contacted Will to verify they had received the shipment in excellent condition. He assured us that our refund would be sent within two weeks. We never received the refund from Bsleep. I placed many many calls and was lied to by staff and they would not let me talk back to Will. The weekly response I recieved was that he would be there Monday to sign checks and our refund would be on the way. Never happened.

Then, several weeks went by and I was not able to get and answer on the 800 number we had been using. Ironically, someone named "Will" answered the phone one day as Foam Experts. He sounded just like the "Will" I had spoken to at Bsleep. He assured me that he was not the same Will and that they had only bought the rights to the 800 number used by Bsleep and had nothing to do with their business. However, he said they were trying to make good some of the promised made by Bsleep. This sounded very strange to me, but I was already invested for the mattress, the foundation and the shipping totaling $1,353.00 which I could not seem to collect from them since I am located in Alabama. I contacted the BBB in NY and everyone I could think of but no one seemed to be able to help me get my money back. I contacted them by phone on a weekly basis.

Finally, one day I got up with Will again and he sent me a check for $1,199.00 which really surprised me!!! Of course, I tried to deposit it right away, but it was a bad check. I re-presented it a couple of times and called his bank to see if it ever was good, but it never was. I would really like to go after him because we are not rich and saved up for a long time to try to purchase a bed. Looking back, we realize some mistakes we made by purchasing online, but I would pay an attorney to make this guy pay for what he did to us!
