I purchased a Queen size mattress when it arrived I discoverd it did not fit my bed.  2 days later I went to the store to exchange the mattress for a King size in the same brand. I located the same mattress in the store for $300  The sales man call his store manager and I was told I had to purchase that same mattress for $700.  I was willing to pay $300 but more twice as much was a rip off. The return policy is deceptive and misleading.  I purchased another mattress from SAMS Club for $200 dollars less.  I wish I would check these guys out first.  I would have never bought anything from them.  Recommend anybody looking for a mattress should stay away from these guys.

THE SELLS PEOPLE WILL LIE IN ORDER TO MAKE THE SELL THEN YOU ARE STUCK.   THERE RETURN POLICY IS FLAWED.  I TRIED TO EXCHANGE MY MATTRESS FOR A LARGER ONE AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $1300 MORE NOT $300 FOR A LARGER ONE.  i ONLY HAD THE MATTRESS 2 DAYS.   I HAD ALREADY PAID $800.  I FOUND THE SAME MATTRESS AT SAMS FOR $400.  THE MANAGER SAID HE HAD TO MAKE MONEY.   CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOW ON THERE PRIORITY.  JUST SHOP AROUND YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID.  DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This customer that claims they are being charged $700 dollars is not true. If any customer that wants to change from a queen to a king size has to pay the differance in price both do not sell for the same amount. And the customer will also have to pay tax and exchange fee for pick up and delivery , this customers extra total would have been $395.89 not $700 dollars.
