awful shopping experience.  they are now down to 2 furniture stores and this once successful furniture retailer will not survive, in my opinion.  i went to their roslyn heights, ny store and then to their paramus, nj store and when i tried to buy a sectional sofa and coffee table they kept changing the price on the invoice to a higher amt.  first they were going to fix the leg on a floor sample but on the invoice they said no, then they wouldn't honor the 10% discount they ran an ad for in the NYT's and then they agreed to it.  when i finally thought we had a deal, they said the price on the coffee table was for the floor sample.  i said your ad at the end of sept. in the NYT's said in bold letters 40-60% off plus another 10% throught Oct. 12 on "All Furniture".  they said they would not honor the ad.  the salepeople were also very nasty.  i am reporting them to the nassau county dept. of consumer affairs and the better business bureau.  this is not the store you think it is.
