Maury Wessels ,Memphis, Tennessee Chancery and Circuit courts technology director ABUSED HIS OFFICE by GETTING ANGRY OVER A PHONE CALL I HAD WITH HIM and ALTERING MY COURT RECORDS to APPEAR HIGHER IN GOOGLE. He SELECTIVELY chose the files of BLACK WOMEN to APPEAR in Google Search Results and Other files do NOT APPEAR. He can not explain how names from the same document do not appear in the google search results.  Memphis Tennessee

Maury Wessels, Chancery and Circuit courts technology director, and Donna L. Russell of Memphis, TN Chancery Court have vowed to be 'transparent' because of an EMBEZZLEMENT scheme in the office but I don't understand how it's helping anything to place court judgements on the top fo Google court results for CERTAIN PEOPLE and NOT FOR OTHERS. Maury Wessels is being SELECTIVE in how he places the court records because not everyone's name is being published to Google. Only CERTAIN PEOPLE with BLACK SOUNDING NAMES.

I went through the ENTIRE LIST and GOOGLED EVERYONE'S NAME and only those people, mostly WOMEN, with BLACK SOUNDING NAMES, have their Court records coming up in the Google search results. THIS IS WRONG. SLICK WILLY RACISM AND BIGOTRY.

After I had spoken to him the first time about this my search listing now appears at the TOP of Google. He did something to change the way it appears assuring it would be first. He's the technology director so he would know how to do this. The only other names from the list that show up are easily recognizable ETHNIC SOUNDING AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALE NAMES. The white names on the list do not appear AT ALL.

Let's see YOUR FINANCIAL RECORDS MAURY WESSELS! Let's go ALL THE WAY BACK IN YOUR PAST, AND YOUR PARENTS PAST, and your CHILDREN'S PAST, to EXPOSE THEIR FINANCIAL DEALINGS. Let's take YOUR PERSONAL FINANCIAL FAILINGS during a HARD TIME IN  YOUR LIFE and PLASTER IT ALL OVER GOOGLE. HOW WOULD YOU LIKE THAT?

Every court does NOT do this. There is something called JUDICIAL DISCRETION. They don't PLASTER personal records ALL OVER GOOGLE. Chancery Court has partnered with a company called  Affiliated Computer Systems, Inc. that does nothing but pull the most damaging, salacious information in court records to plaster online. Donnell Russell and Maury Wessels are FRAUDS in my opinion. Nothing BUT.
