Beena Malla or Malla Annapurna (born June 2nd, 1988 | works at 3iPeople Inc. apparently) and the company she owns Mavens Soft Labs & Consulting Pvt. Ltd (also called Globus Mavens, Mavens TCL) has been trying to scam me out of about $2000 for the past few months now. We had sent them some work and they ended up fully completing only one or two jobs out of the 5 that we gave them. The rest of the tasks were not completed according to our agreements yet she sent us TWO invoices of $2350 (adding up all the jobs and prices we agreed upon). As per our agreements, she only completed around $250-500 worth of those jobs, so I told her we will only pay for what she completed and if she was able to show me that she met the requirements and her side of the agreements for the other jobs, then we would pay her. I told her that anything she completed we would pay but for the rest of the jobs that were not properly completed, she would have to show me where I agreed to pay for what she ended up delivering. She was not cooperative at all and has not sent me any of that, because she knows she did not meet her side of the agreements. She then posted a Google+ review on our page telling all of our potential clients that we owed her $2350. This is completely false and therefore slanderous. We are in the process of gathering all her information and suing her now for the damages her false review has caused our company. If anyone else has any further information or has had other bad experiences with this person/company, please post a report here.
