Max Cars Inc, Max Arcadier Sold defective car, lied about warranties and 100 percent money back guaranty Hollywood Florida

Purchased a 1999 Ford Mustang after seeing on line ad for it. Car was advertised at lower price, one owner, 91.000 miles and free extended warranty and 100 percent money back guaranty. When I went to dealer, was told that price listed was not sales price but the price they purchased car at auction. Was also told could buy extended warranty for 90 days for $1400. Car actually has over 190000 miles on it and odometer number from 91000 to 96000 as we drove it home.

Car has never run properly and needs new engine which would be more than I paid for car. dealer refused to honor free warranty or money back guaranty. When I went to pick up license plate, there was another customer there whose transmission had gone out right after he bought it and they refused to help also. An employee told me to "go after these guys because they are crooks" . Everything they told me was untrue and they failed to honor their commitments. never buy a car from this dealership!
