When buying off the track horses there can be issues with the animal, maybe not at the time but its a tough sport takes it total on the horse and their joints same as any other sport.
You best get your facts straight and do you have any proof? He is NOT banned from race tracks. What does Cryt gelding have to do with a crippled horse. He got the horse as a gelding he had no issues with it being stud like on the track. So He got sold a crypt gelding before you. He isnt on here saying bad stuff. And did you not sell the horse for more money than you pay for it??
You bought him off the track, tons of people buy the horse as is, you look it out get a vet check or all other prepurchase checks. Did You do any of that???? No.
