I had seen this charge last month and meant to call Amex and I forgot, well this month the $19.95 charge was there again and I decided to track it back and it has been there for several months (at least 6 months now). The Amex rep said it was for a book charge and I do not read books neither on the internet. If I purchased a book I never agreed to getting a monthly charge for NOTHING in return. There are other complaints on other websited about this company. I will report them to the state DBPR.
