BEWARE OF MAXFRAG.COM OR MAXFRAG VENTRILO

I have to warn anyone out there who is thinking about doing business with these scam artists and thieves. I signed up with an account months ago for a 6 month membership. The service was TERRIBLE, constant disconnects of my service. My support requests sometimes took more than 12+ hours. This is a one man show from what I have been hearing.

I recently found out the owners name, Tony Deol. One of their support technicians told me the owner lives in Canada and does not abide by rules here in the USA!. BUYER BEWARE OF MAXFRAG VENTRILO. WWW.MAXFRAG.COM IS A TOTAL SCAM. These guys are dishonest. They kept my money on a canceled account because they said that I "forgot" to cancel my PayPal subscription after my account was shut down. Excuse me?????? You are supposed to cancel my subscription. You as a merchant can clearly cancel my recurring payments. WHY WOULD YOU LIE TO A CUSTOMER!!!. I have called PayPal and filed a dispute against www.maxfrag.com for my money to be returned. Two days later maxfrag replied to my dispute with a LIE, and stated my charge was valid and that I am still an existing customer. SHAME OM MAXFRAG! AND TONY DEOL.

Does anyone care that service providers out there have the ability to just keep someones money without any recourse? I hope by the end of this week that my money is returned to me. Next I am filing a complaints against maxfrag and better business bureau, the BBB !. Of course they are not an accredited member!.

To clarify, I am Canadian but that does not change how our business operates. We are a registered LLC in the state of Delaware.

To get this issue resolved, please contact me directly. tony [at] maxfrag.net
