My name is Andrew Higgins, I am the CEO and one of the owners of Maximum Security Alarm Inc., My Brother, father and i started this company as a very small family run business back in 2003 and have grown it to become one of the largest alarm dealers in the country in only 7 years. We now Service 12 different states and employ over 200 employees, creating jobs for many who might not have a job otherwise in this horrible economy. We pride ourselves in integrity and treating all of our customers like family. This particular claim regarding our sales rep was investigated when the customer called our office last year and was thoroughly investigated, as all of the claims here are serious. I can tell you that I personally looked into the matters at hand and found that the claims had no merit. It appeared that the customer was just trying to find a way to cancel, and then was trying to find a way to get money out of us, and the story that was told here, was a way to do such. Our Representative in CO was thoroughly background checked before being hired and has signed up nearly 1000 happy and satisfied customers. Please do yourself a favor when considering this or any other report online as a basis for whether to business with my family and my company, and ask yourself the following questions:

Am I getting a good deal, and am I happy with the offer that I have been given?

Did I enjoy the experience that I had with my Sales Representative?

I am stisfied with the protection that I am going to be recieving from this company?

Would i like to be treated exceptionally, quickly, and have all my questions answered and problems resolved when I have them?

These are the most important things to consider when choosing the company. NOT a comment or story from ONE unhappy customer who in their report is admitting that they do cocaine and smoke marijuana. Are you going to take the word of someone who has admitted to doing illicit and/or illegal things, or Take the word of someone who is assuring you that his family and his company is a reputable and honest company.

To further prove our case. I am urging anyone who has any question or any concern about the integrity of this company to please call me directly.. But more importantly when you decide to go with our company I will give you direct access to call me personally if you need any of your questions answered, And I will help you. Even though we have signed up nearly 30,000 alarm customers and we are a very busy company I am still wanting everyone to know that they can deal with CEO of this company if they feel that they need to. As a member of this family and this company I cannot give you any better customer service than that.

The bottom line is you are looking for the company that is going to service you the best, and answer you questions, quickly when you need them answered and give you the confidence that you are important to the company and your needs and concerns are always met. As the highest ranking officer of this company, by offering my personal services to you the customer that is the best that I can do. I can help make sure any problem you have is resolved quickly an amicably, and I can assure that you will be happy for as ling you have your system.

Please do not believe all of the nonsense you read about anything negative online, as it is all just pure nonesense. You WILL be happy by going with my company. Our economy is struggling and I'm trying to find a part time job, thinking this would be great due to the potential income it would bring, but after reading these reviews, I would never work for this company. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would have to give this company a negative 10. My mother who is 73 had an account with Maximum. She set the account up on automatic payments before making an extended vacation. She checked her account while she was away and discovered that the payment did not come out of her checking automatically. She and I called the monitoring company (Monitronics) associated with Maximum and thought we resolved the probelm. However, the money never was taken from her account even after she authorized it. The company sent late notices. It seemed that one part of the company did not know what the other was doing. Finally she gave up and terminated the service. Maximum sent techs out to uninstall and pick up the equipment. After they left my mother noticed immediately that her phone lines did not work. I called Monitronics and let them know about the problem and they referred me to Maximum Security the hardward company. I talked to Dave Haggen and explained the problem to him. He told me that I should call the phone company. They do not deal with phone problems. I explained that the system is connected to the phone lines for monitoring purposes and his team damaged the phone lines. He told me that his company will not take responsbility and they do not know how to fix the damage they caused. Dave was very rude and hung up while I was in the middle of a sentence. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This is the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Hide

If you are like me, you probably dispise telemarketers. Maximum Security is the WORST regarding constant telephone calls. Although I am on the do not call list they continue to ...?
