 This is a payday loan, which by law they are to explain all finance charges, term of loan, and so forth. They did not disclose any of the financing except that I had to pay $234 biweekly until I paid off what I borrow which was $700 only. I did not see a contract. They have you do an esignature online before they can explain anything to you. I was told that if my paydates change or I am unable to make a payment that I can simply call them and make other arrangements. This is not true onebit. I called a week in advance to tell thwm that due to me being out of work sick my commission checks would be drastically short. I am commission based and get paid 2x's a month. When I called the representative told me that I cannot change anything and the dates are set in stone. They will still try to draft my account, but then I said I will be charged fees because you guys are trying to withdrawal money that's not there. I said who else can I speak to and she said that I should just wait until someone calls me trying to collect the money. I am receiving harassing phone calls and told that I cannot make other arrangements that I have to pay the amount and if I skip a payment then double amount will be charged. So I will continue to get fees deducted from my bank account. I don't know what else to do since they did not disclose this information to me before hand and if I would have seen the contract before I agreed to it, I wouldn't have accepted it. What I was told and what's in the contract was completely different. Then the re-payment amount is extremely high and ridiculous. I need to find an attorney who can handle this case.
