MAXNAIM Watches 1200 S. Brand Blvd. Ste. 154 I was charged $9.99 for a watch, then 14 days later a charge of $98.00 was billed to my credit card. Glendale , California

I took some survey online, then was redirected to a website saying I had won a free watch. I had only to pay a $5.99 shipping fee. I thought OK, what the heck, why not. I gave my credit card number. I few days later I received the watch in the mail, I thought, it was OK for $5.99. My credit card was actually billed $9.99 (NOT $5.99 like I was lead to believe). I was not going to worry about a couple bucks, so I let it go.
On Saturday November 17, 2012 my credit card was billed $98.00 from this same company Maxnaim Watches. I called right away and talked to a woman named Tonya, and informed her that there is a problem, and they charged me $98.00. She advised me that the watch I received was a TRIAL BASIS and I should have returned the watch in 14 days. I immediately knew I was scammed.
I then went into a tailspin, I advised her that number 1, I was billed $9.99 and was lead to believe that it said I was only going to be charged $5.99. She then advised me that I should have told them I did not want the gift box it came in and also the black little pouch. REALLY!
This is when it went downhill, I wanted to get this straight, and went over the entire process again. She said that the watch was a trail basis, and her words were " if you would have read the notice right in front of your face you would have seen this". 
At this point I was a little hot and wanted to talk to her boss. Of course "SHE" is the boss, so a little bit of my law degree kicked in and she stated she took me off the program. She also stated that I would get a refund and gave me a confirmation number, I will see if in fact I do get this money back.

Oh yes, I almost forgot....she said that I was "UNPROFESSIONAL"!! Go figure.
