Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I have been trying to get my money back from this company since Oct. 2008. They have failed to answer emails sent and sent only one response to my complaint to the BBB. My answers to if I accept companies response has been no. Company has made no other responses to try to settle.

This was supposed to be a 30 day guaranteed free trial offer. I was charged 54.95 at the time of the offer. I could not use the product due to Doctors orders and sent back without opening. Did not have the product but a week emailed cancel and sent back.

The company says they don't give refunds, you get credit for one of their other products. I did not put in for other products. The supposed Free trial was for one product. If a free trial is offered it should be just that unless you keep and use the product, which I did not do.

This company is offering Free trials which is false advertising if they don't refund your money when you cancel before the trial period ends. They are advertising these on the internet and a lot of people are going to be bilked out of their money.

This is a ripoff and the company should not be in business if they offer Free Trials but charge you for it even when they have the product back untouched. I have offered through the BBB to take one of their products if they want to offer me a guarantee in writing that if there are any adverse reactions with the prescription drugs I have to take they will be financially responsable for any medical costs incurred.

There has been no response from this company. This has caused a lot of stress for me and added health concerns for myself and doctor to deal with.

This company's support department is not customer friendly and half the time when you call any of their phone numbers you can not get through to anyone because of message about their hours of operation but they are not in at these hours or just not answering the phone. In my book they need a real support department.
