Mazda USA A leased car had 2 clutches burn out in 30,000 miles, one which should have been covered by NJ lemon law, and would not repair Irvine California

I leased a Mazda 3 in July 2010. The first clutch burnt out August 23, 2011 with 14,876 miles on it. They claimed their warranty was strictly for 1 year or 12,000 miles whichever comes first. The second clutch burnt out April 31st 2013 with 30,876 miles on the car. These repairs cost $1350 each and Mazda refused to accept any responsibility for this. This is a new car and an average clutch has a life of 50,000 to 100,000 miles or 4 to 7 years (these are known statistics). I believe that there is somthing wrong with the vehicle that mazda will not or does not want to investigate. I am very fortunate i did not take a loan to own this vehicle. I have also read on carcomplaints.com of many people in the same situation as me with clutches buring out with under 1,000 miles on it. On top of this the brand new tires are uniformly warn completely bald by 20,000 miles. I have kept up with service and have had my tires rotated. I have leased cars in the past and have never had to replace tires on them. Everything on the car is of cheap quality and I am assuming this is on purpose to keep owners and leasees handing out money for repairs, services, and parts. Mazda needs to stand behind their product quality instead of selling lemons to consumers and forcing them to pick up the tab. CONSUMERS BEWARE if you lease or buy a Mazda you are in for thousands of dollars of yearly repair and service costs.
