Mazu.com website said full they offer a refund on both programs book and mentoring for 365 days guaranteed! I had purchased both for $300.00 and used them for only three months and when I asked for the refund. I was given only $149.95 on 4-10-03. Buyer beware of this kind of ripoff.

I Never Had a Peoblem with Mazu Publishing

I ordered the Marketing course from Matt for 99.00 which included 9 hours of CD disks. I thought the information was fair and I did elect to have Matt host my web site. About a week later I cancelled my web hosting and wasn't even charged. I can't speak for others but I thought I was treated fairly.

Ted got half his money back because mentoring is non-refundable. That is clearly stated on the site (in 2 places), in our package and for anyone that asks.
Ted didn't read. We half a 365 day, 100% guarantee on our manual. No refund on our mentoring. We gave Ted all the money he had coming back. Again, a case of someone complaining when they don't read. They want to make it someone else's fault.
