I ordered a diet/colon cleanse product. They both were supposed to Free 30 day trials. I was supposed to pay the shipping cost of $5.95. My account was charged the shipping cost and then I received the product which wasn't even the product I ordered. I printed out the Return and Exchange Policy and they are telling me that they do not support this product and they show no record of my order. I also just checked my account and they charged me another $85.35 which was unauthorized. I found a phone number on this website that I am going to try calling and see if they can help me but there was no paperwork in the shipment at all either. They give you no way to contact them. DO NOT order anything from this company they are a FRAUD. They will keep billing you every month also is what I am understanding. This is a joke. Don't let it happen to you!

After I entered my Rip-off Report I was able to call them and complain. Only because I was able to get their phone number off of someone else's Report. They were not going to give me my money back at first until I started telling them that it wasn't even the product that I ordered. They also told me that they woulnd't have charged me the $85.00 and whatever cents it was that it would have only been around $69.99 or something. I told her I have my bank statement right here in front of me and told her exactly how much they took out for the shipping charges and these new charges. They didn't even want their product back. They did finally refund my money but then around January 28th I received another charge on my card from some other company. All my statement read was www.fitfac.com for $29.95. So I pulled them up on the internet and all it said was that if there has been a charge on your credit card call this number and something else. When I called they wouldn't even tell me the name of the Company until they verified that I was a client. He pulled up my account and said that I checked yes to the Terms Agreement which stated that you would be charged $29.95 a month unless you cancelled within so many days. I told him that the Terms agreement stated nothing about charging $29.95 it just states that you have access to their services. He was not going to refund my money. I told him that I was going to call my credit card company and report it as a fraudulant charge then becuase I did not authorize this. Then he put me on hold for a minute and then gave me a confirmation code and said that the money would be refunded by the next month statement and that my services would be cancelled. I still have not seen the credit go through my account. I think that I am going to cancel my credit card because I keep getting new charges on my account from places that I have never heard of. And I keep getting really strange phone calls and e-mails saying that I signed up for their services or products which I haven't. If this happens to any of you I would cancel my cards also just to be safe.
