I was sent an envelpo with invoice for a years subscription to the "Nation Magazine". I recieved no magazines and the check was cashed at the US BANK of Reno NV. On the back of the check the following was printed:

FOE DEPOSIT ONLY
US BANK RENO NV 89506
FOR DEPOSIT ONLY
MAGAZINE BILLING SERVICE
153754532676

I believe the last digit was a 6; it was only half visible.
