MBNA America Raised rates without proper notice; on account that was never late Wilmington Delaware

MBNA raised the rates on my credit card without proper notification, contrary to the credit card agreement. And my account was never past due or paid late. They claim that there was an insert or something on an earlier statement, which is dubious. All other credit card companies send letters if they propose to changes terms, which is proper notification. However MBNA, by stuffing a little "gotcha" into a bill already stuffed with a bunch of junk advertising, is clearly attempting to be deceitful. When they were told that their "notification" was actually hidden, and now that I discovered it I wanted to reject the changes, they basically said "too bad". This is clearly fraudulent and should be the target of a class action suit. Any interested lawyers? BTW the same thing happened to my wife.
